Create Commission Split Override with Modifier
Overview:
In this article, we'll cover how to create a Modifier that uses a unique 'Tag Rule' to override an agent's commission split on any transaction.
Important to know:
- Once a modifier is created on an agent's commission schedule, you can apply a tag on any of the agent's transactions to override the agent's commission split
- Leveraging the Transaction Tag Report, you can run a report to see how often this override was used and on what transactions.
- Creating the Tag in the tag bank automatically puts the Tag in the dropdown menu. This will allow you to select it without having to type it in. For more information on Transaction Tags, please click on this link.
