Commission Schedule Shared Performance Feature 

Overview:

In this article, we'll cover how to use the 'Shared Performance' function available within Commission Schedules. This function allows two or more Commission Schedules to combine accumulation together.

• Allows sharing of multiple commission schedules assigned to the same agent or between multiple agents.
• Commonly used for team structures where two or more agents' production both count towards their tiered accumulation on their commission schedule.

How it Works:

When performance is shared between two plans, the accumulation calculation for each plan will include all associated deals tied to the shared plans. Production from these deals counts toward tier progression, provided the transaction close dates fall within the respective plan’s start and end dates.
