[INTERNAL] MANUAL FIXES IF AFTER ACTION IS NOT PERFORMED
Overview:
In this article, we'll review Manual Fixes if After Action is not performed properly by a client.
The After Action Checklist is an automated function available to BE Accounting users. It consists of three steps:
- Removing additional bill payments created by re-closing the transaction and uploading to Accounting.
- Linking the old bill with the new bill payment (this way the system doesn't think the bill was not paid and thus sits on the "Pay Bills" section).
- Creates an Overpayment Invoice so the Brokerage can collect the funds from the Agent and the Agent's 1099 reporting is lowered by the invoice amount.
If the user closes the After Action prompt window, then the three steps need to be done manually.
